Himalayan Terma is dedicated to presenting authentic Himalayan mineral pigment artworks, handcrafted mural pieces, and cultural artworks inspired by centuries of Himalayan artistic traditions.
All artworks available through our Site are created with respect for traditional craftsmanship, natural materials, and cultural heritage.
Due to the handmade nature of our artworks, each piece may contain subtle variations in texture, color, and surface details. These characteristics are considered part of the uniqueness and authenticity of handmade artwork.

ARTWORK INFORMATION & AUTHENTICITY
Each Himalayan Terma artwork is created through traditional artistic techniques using natural materials, including mineral pigments and handcrafted clay panels.
We make every effort to accurately present:

- Details
- Craftsmanship information
However, due to handmade processes and natural materials, slight variations may occur.
These variations are not considered defects but rather unique characteristics of individually created artworks.
PAYMENT TERMS
Himalayan Terma provides access to secure third-party payment providers, including but not limited to credit card processors and PayPal.
Payment information is processed securely through these third-party providers.
By completing a purchase, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of your selected payment provider.
CUSTOM ARTWORK
Some Himalayan Terma artworks may be available as custom-made creations.
For customized artworks:
- Production begins after order confirmation.
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once the creation process has started.
- Customized artworks are not eligible for return unless there is a confirmed quality issue or damage during transportation.
Each custom artwork requires dedicated craftsmanship and preparation specifically for the collector.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available on this Site, including but not limited to:
- Brand name Himalayan Terma
- Logos
- Artwork images
- Product descriptions
- Written content
- Photography
- Designs
- Visual materials
are owned by or licensed to Himalayan Terma and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing an artwork does not transfer intellectual property rights or reproduction rights to the buyer.
The buyer receives ownership of the physical artwork only.

SALES TERMS
By placing an order through Himalayan Terma, you enter into an agreement to purchase the selected artwork under these Terms and our Returns & Collector Care Policy.

Once an order is confirmed, production or preparation may begin according to the artwork type.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
